Delivery information
All orders are delivered by PostNL or GLS. We send those letterbox shipments with PostNL and the packages with GLS. The delivery person can offer your order at a delivery address of your choice. Are you not there? Then your order will be delivered to your neighbors. The postman will then leave a notice stating where the package has been delivered. If delivery to the neighbors is not possible, the delivery person will try again at a later time. If you are not there, the delivery person will deliver the package to the nearest collection point, such as a bookstore. If delivery of your order is ultimately not possible, it will be returned to the sender and we will contact you.
I have not received a shipping confirmation, what should I do?

What are the shipping costs for my order?
Orders over €35,- are shipped for free. For orders under €35,- we charge €6,95 shipping costs.
